Cookie Policy
Effective date: 25 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Michal Strnad (we, us, or the Provider) uses cookies and similar technologies on Planymatic, including www.planymatic.com and app.planymatic.com.
It should be read with our Privacy Policy. That document explains who we are, what personal data we process, and your rights.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and tags loaded by a tag manager. In this policy, cookies covers those as well.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies to:
- keep you signed in and protect your account;
- remember simple interface choices;
- store your cookie preferences;
- (only with consent where the law requires it) measure how the Service is used;
- (when enabled, and only with consent where the law requires it) run marketing campaigns.
Analytics tools listed in Section 4 run only after you consent. We do not currently run marketing or advertising cookies. We may add them later, as described in Section 4.
3. Cookies we use now
These are first-party cookies set by us. They are strictly necessary or functional. They do not require consent under ePrivacy rules.

- Purpose: let us issue a new access token without asking you to log in again.

- Type: essential. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict. Sent only to the token-refresh path.
sidebar_state
- Purpose: remember whether the app sidebar is open or collapsed.

cookie_consent
- Purpose: store your choice about analytics and marketing cookies so we can apply it on www and app.
- Duration: 180 days.
- Type: necessary. First-party; Path
/; SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS. Set in the browser (not HttpOnly).
If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to log in or use the Service.
4. Tools that run after consent
These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager. They do not fire until you grant the relevant category. You can change or withdraw that consent using Cookie settings on the site, or by contacting contact@planymatic.com.
Google Tag Manager (GTM-MR7KNSVQ on www.planymatic.com, GTM-59G9FJC3 on app.planymatic.com) — a container used to load and manage the tags below. Tag Manager itself does not replace the consent requirement for those tags.
Google Analytics 4 — to understand visits, pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. Typical cookies include _ga and _ga_*. Category: analytics.
Microsoft Clarity — session recordings, heatmaps, clicks, and scroll. May set cookies such as _clck and _clsk (and similar) and record how you interact with pages. Category: analytics.
Marketing cookies we may add later
We may add marketing or advertising pixels — for example Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Ads — to measure campaigns and (where permitted) show relevant ads. These may set third-party cookies and track visits across sites. Category: marketing. They are not enabled yet. Cookie settings already include a marketing choice so we can turn them on later without changing how you grant or refuse that category.
Email marketing (messages to your account address) is not a cookie. It is described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
5. Third parties
Google and Microsoft receive data collected through the analytics tools in Section 4 after you consent. Advertising partners may receive data if we add marketing pixels later. Those companies often process data in the United States. See the Privacy Policy for transfers and a fuller list of processors (including Google Cloud, PlanetScale, and Brevo).
6. How you can control cookies
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will break sign-in.
- Cookie settings on our site. Use the Cookie settings control to accept, refuse, or change analytics and marketing cookies. You can also contact contact@planymatic.com.
- Vendor opt-outs. In addition to our Cookie settings, Google and Microsoft provide their own opt-out tools:
7. Changes
We may change this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies. We will post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will be notified as described in the Privacy Policy.
